Pengembangan instrumen penilaian sikap kemandirian siswa PAUD

Abstract:

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui instrumen yang digunakan guru untuk menilai sikap kemandirian siswa Paud di Kecamatan Dukun, (2) mengembangkan model instrumen penilaian sikap kemandirian siswa Paud yang layak dan baku, (3) mengetahui seberapa jauh siswa TK Pertiwi Sengi 2 mencapai sikap kemandiriannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa Paud di TK Pertiwi Sengi 2 Kecamatan Dukun Kabupaten Magelang Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Model pengembangan instrumen penilaian ini menggunakan prosedur dari Mardapi yang dimodifikasi yang terdiri dari 10 langkah. Tehnik wawancara dan observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru dalam mengukur sikap kemandirian siswa Paud. Prosedur pengembangan instrumen  yakni dengan : (1) model hipotetik, (2) validasi ahli, (3) revisi I, (4) uji keterbacaan, (5) revisi II, (6) uji agak luas, (7) revisi III, (8) uji coba luas, (9) instrumen final, (10) implementasi instrumen final sikap kemandirian. Analisis yang dilakukan antara lain dengan : (1) Analisis Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), (2) Analisis reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach,s Alpha, (3) Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) guru belum menggunakan instrumen penilaian sikap kemandirian yang layak dan baku, (2) telah dikmbangkan instrumen penilaian sikap kemandirian yang terdiri atas 4 indikator dengan 15 butir pernyataan, (3) rata-rata siswa TK Pertiwi Sengi 2 memiliki tingkat kemandirian  kategori tinggi.


 


Abstract: The objectives of this study were: (1) to find out the instruments used by the teacher to assess the independent attitudes of early childhood students in the District of Dukun, (2) to develop an appropriate and standardized model of the instrument for assessing the independence of the early childhood students, (3) to find out how far the students of Kindergarten Pertiwi Sengi 2 attains an attitude of independence.This type of research is development research with research samples, namely Paud students at TK Pertiwi Sengi 2, Dukun District, Magelang Regency,Academic Year 2020/2021. The model for developing this assessment instrument used a modified Mardapi procedure consisting of 10 steps. Interview and obsrvation techniques are used to find out how the teacher measures the independence of Paud students. The instrument development procedure is by: (1) hypothetical model, (2) expert validation, (3) revision I, (4) legibility test, (5) revision II, (6) rather broad test, (7) revision III, (8) extensive testing, (9) final instruments, (10) implementation of the final instruments for independence. The analyzes include: (1) Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), (2) Reliability analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha, (3) Descriptive Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the teacher has not used a proper and standard independent attitude assessment, (2) an independent attitude assessment instrument has been develop which consists of 4 indicators with 15 statement items, (3) the average student of TK Pertiwi Sengi 2 has a moderate level of high category.
